Everyone, at one point in his life, dreamed of being someone special, great. Who has not dreamed of being the one who hits the winner of the match? Who has not dreamed of being the queen of homecoming? And how many times have we dreamed of being rich, succeeding or being happy with our relationships?
Often, we have big dreams and great aspirations. Unfortunately, our dreams are just that: dreams. And our aspirations easily accumulate dust in our attic.
It is a sad turn of events in our life. Instead of experiencing exciting adventures in self-realization, we are caught in the daily routine that barely exists.
But what do you know? Life could be much better if we only learned to aim higher.
The most common problem for setting goals is the impossible word. Most people hang up thinking that I cannot do that. It's very difficult. It is very impossible. Nobody can do it.
However, if everyone thought so, there would be no inventions, innovations or advances in human achievements.
Remember that scientists were confused when they watched the humble drone. Theoretically, they said, it was impossible for the drone to fly. Unfortunately for the drone, no one said it. Then fly
On the other hand, some people suffer from totally outrageous dreams and do not act on them. The result? Broken dreams and ragged aspirations.
If you limit yourself with doubts and self-limiting assumptions, you will never be able to overcome what you consider impossible. If you reach too far into the sky without reaching your goal, you will find yourself hanging on to the impossible dream.
Try this exercise. Take a piece of paper and write a few goals in your life. Under a heading, indicate things "you know you can do". In another title, write what you "can do". And under another, list things "impossible to do".
Now examine all the titles that strive every day to achieve the goals of the goals you can achieve. Check them when you can reach them. As you can slowly check all your goals under this heading, try to reach the goals under the other heading, which says "you may be able to do it".
Among the items you have described below, you can move the targets below the "impossible to do" tasks to the list of actions you "can do".
By repeating this process, you will discover that the goals you thought impossible become easier to achieve. And we begin to that impossible begins to look possible after all.
You see, the practise here is to broaden your imagination. He is aiming high and starting to work towards this goal little by little. However, it is not wise to set an unrealistic goal.
Those who dream only of a purpose without hard work end up being disappointed and disappointed.
On the other hand, if you told someone a hundred years ago that it was possible for a man to be on the moon, they would make fun of you. If I told them I could send mail from here to the other side of the world in seconds, they'd say I was crazy. But, out of pure desire and perseverance, these impossible dreams are now realities.
The famous inventor Thomas Edison said that "genius accounts for 1% of motivation and 99% of perspiration". Nothing can be truer. In order to realize one's dreams, one needs work and discipline. But keep in mind that 1% must be a big dream, and it's not easy to achieve.
Ask any gym rat and he or she will tell you that there can be no gains if you are not out of your comfort zone. We all remember the saying "No pain, No gain"? It is as true as it can be.
So, keep on dreaming, my friend! Do not be fooled by perceived limitations. Think big and work hard to make those dreams come true. As you progress through the ladder of progress, you will discover that the impossible has become a little more possible.
